In an effort to expand our safe, high-quality medical care in underserved areas, we started Survival Flight EMS, LLC. Our EMS division has now expanded to include 15 ground ambulances staffed by over 115 employees serving four different communities in Arkansas and Oklahoma.

Our ground ambulance services have slashed response times in the areas we serve. We were recognized with an award in 2020 for our ambulance partnership with the city of Heber Springs, Arkansas. In 2020, the city was named a Trendsetter City by the Arkansas Municipal League for partnering with us to improve response times for the citizens in the community.

Partnerships with Wellston, Oklahoma, Walters/Cotton County, Oklahoma and the Cities of Marlow and Duncan, Oklahoma quickly followed.

Our ground EMS team, and the support from the communities we serve, has helped us to continue to pursue our mission to serve our customers and communities with unsurpassed quality and rapid medical services to save lives.
