Expanding access to life-saving emergency services
In 2019, Survival Flight Inc. launched Survival Flight EMS, LLC, our dedicated Ground EMS division, to extend our commitment to high-quality emergency medical care—especially in underserved communities.
What began with a single location has quickly grown into a vital network of nearly 50 EMS units and over 250 highly trained team members. Today, our Ground EMS division proudly serves residents across Arkansas, Oklahoma, Illinois, Georgia, and Florida, significantly improving response times and patient outcomes in every community we reach.
Critical medical transport that makes a difference
Our very first Ground EMS location in Heber Springs, Arkansas became a powerful example of our mission in action. After transitioning to Survival Flight EMS, the city saw a dramatic reduction in emergency response times—and was honored as a “Trendsetter City” by the Arkansas Municipal League for this critical improvement in public safety.
