About Us

A modern approach to medical emergency transport

Survival Flight stands apart with a more personal, family-first philosophy and specialized operations. Our streamlined approach enables:

We put patients and their families first.

Family-focused emergency services

At Survival Flight, our mission is to protect and prolong life by providing safe, rapid air transport to medical facilities equipped for immediate care. We serve patients facing life’s most critical moments with unwavering focus, compassion, and expertise—ensuring they receive the attention they need until they’re safely in the hands of in-house medical staff.

We also recognize that emergencies don’t just affect patients—they impact families. That’s why all of our aircraft are third rider equipped, allowing a loved one to accompany the patient during transport. This is especially vital when transporting pediatric patients, so a parent or guardian can be by their side when it matters most.

We are prepared for any type of situation

Survival Flight currently has bases in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Tennessee, but will fly anywhere in the United States where our services are needed.

State-of-the-art Bell Helicopters and Pilatus PC-12 Aircraft

We exclusively operate Bell Helicopters and Pilatus PC-12 aircraft. Bell Helicopters are known for reliability and performance in emergency medical transport. Pilatus PC-12 can be dispatched like a helicopter, with greater range and weather capability.

Caring for you like you're one of our own

Survival Flight is a team of skilled professionals who combine cutting-edge medical aviation with a human-centered approach to all those we serve.
