Please use (877)-581-6530 Ext. 206 for all membership questions. We do not allow refunds but we do allow members to be added to accounts. For example, if someone purchased an individual membership for $45 they can upgrade to a family account at any time and pay the five dollar difference. Also, if someone purchased a family account and they need to add members during anytime of their membership they can do so free of charge.
